As of 1 May 2023, the Feddersen Group will reorganise its business activities in the Nordic and Baltic countries. Previously bundled in K.D. Feddersen Norden AB, they will now be transferred to legally independent structures in line with the business areas of the group of companies.

Thomas Raithel, Managing Director of K.D. Feddersen CEE GmbH, passed away on 21.06.2023, after a serious illness, at the age of 60. Mr. Raithel worked for the Feddersen Group in various functions for more than 26 years.

In August 2024, K.D. Feddersen Holding GmbH, parent company of the internationally active Feddersen Group, which specialises in the trade and production of engineering plastics, granted a convertible loan to the Danish company Trebo ApS, which is to be transformed into shares in the company as part of the next financing phase. Trebo helps plastics processors to sort their mixed or multi-component waste back into mono-material fractions, thereby reducing the carbon footprint and the need for new materials.

The machine manufacturer FEDDEM GmbH & Co. KG based in Sinzig, Germany, supplied the suitable plant and encountered some challenges in the process.
